Here at the European Estates we will vet potential tenants for you and draw up a tenancy agreementthat meets with your requirements. We will collect your rent money from the tenants and pay this to the bank of your choice. Before the end of a tenancy agreement we will personally check the property against our original inventory taken at the start of the contract and then report back to you before the deopsit is given back to the tenant. If you wish to leave your property unoccupied then our management service will provide you with peace of mind knowing that we will make regular checks on your property, pay outstanding bills and liaise with you should any problems occur .
